Nov.2021-Dec 2022. My apartment was on the 2nd floor and it was like living at a resort. I had a great view of the pool and never had any issues with neighbors or staff. If I ever needed maintenance, their department was excellent to respond. They communicated well and also tried to do nice activities for the residents in their pool house. I totally recommend renting at Marcell Gardens. It’s close to everything and in a nice part of town.

Liz at the front desk was always helpful, polite, and kind with anything I had to ask about or needed help with. Billy the maintenance supervisor was a insanely helpful maintenance man that would personal help me with any problems I asked about.
They take care of you here, all you have to do is reach out to them.
|Recommended: YesI have lived at Marcell Gardens for a year and the only reason I left was because a 2 bedroom was not available at the time I needed one. From time of application and during my time there the staff have been great warm and welcoming. Grounds well maintained, public areas cleaned and maintain. Work orders done within 24hrs. I highly recommend Marcell Gardens. I greatly appreciate and thank each and every staff member there. Thank you so much for the year I was there. My girls truly enjoyed the pool. Again I say thank you, may God bless each and everyone of you and your families.

|Recommended: YesThis is the best move I have ever made — I very much feel very blessed living here. The Manager, Cindy is very nice and pro-active with any problems. The Maintenance Staff of 3 men are very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. They always say Hello. This place gets a family feel . I have no family members, so, it's nice to feel like people care. Most Maintenance problems are taken care of in less than 2 hours., or less It is very clean here. I have a Service Dog and all staff members are very sweet to him.
